Shipping Policy

Gourdo’s Incorporated aims to deliver within the time period indicated upon checkout. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the time period specified. We shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and other charges as a result of late delivery. If you are not present upon delivery, we may release the package to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following:

  • Valid ID of authorized recipient
  • Valid ID of Customer who placed the order
  • Signed authorization letter

If any or all of the above mentioned requirements are missing, we will not release or leave the package and we may leave a failed delivery card with contact details and/or instructions for re-delivery at a later date.

Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. For your reference, shipping fee is displayed before paying for your orders.

You will be sent an email upon dispatch from our warehouse in order to inform you that your package is on its way to the shipping address you specified upon checkout.

The standard delivery schedule is as follows:

  • Metro Manila– 4-7 Business Days
  • Provincial – 7-10 Business Days

For Pick-up Orders:

  • Lead time is 2 - 3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends).
  • Customer is required to pick up the orders from Gourdo's Warehouse with address :
    800 Queensway Ave. Pascor Drive, Brgy. Sto. Nino Parañaque
  • Pick up Schedule: Mondays to Fridays ONLY from 9:00am-12nn and 1-6pm

*Note: Due to the effects of COVID-19, please expect delays on delivery by 15-30 business days.
