How do I track my orders?
To track real-time status of your orders, you must:
1. Login to your Gourdo's Shopping account.

2. Go to My Account
|
3. Select the Order you want to track and hit View Order.

| Status notes: * Received: Order has been received and is pending validation from our team. Usually takes 1 - 2 days from date of order. * Processing: Indicates that an order has been prepared for shipping; Order shall be shipped in 1 - 2 days from when status has been applied. * Shipped : Indicates that order is in transit to Logistics partner or to customer. Please note of our delivery schedule here. * Delivered: Indicates that order has been delivered and received by customer. |
