Remoulade Sauce

Bamix REMOULADE SAUCE

Ingredients


  • 125ml oil
  • 125ml sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 anchovy
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp herbs
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions


Beat the egg yolk, oil and salt until frothy, using the bamix® with the whisk, then add the tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice, mustard, small onion, tablespoon of capers, gherkins, anchovies, sour cream and the herbs and process everything into a mixture, using the bamix® with the mincer.
