Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh coconut water
- 1 piece medium banana sliced
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Using Oster® Blend Active personal blender, put in bananas, blueberries, and ice first.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Drink on the go!
