Asian Style Burger George Foreman

Ingredients


Burger

  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp. fish sauce
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp. hoisin sauce
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • salt and pepper, for seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce

Asian Coleslaw

  • 1 (12 oz.) bag broccoli slaw
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • garlic
  • ½ tsp. grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice

Sweet Chili Mayo

  • ½ Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce

Directions


  1. Attach upper and lower grill plates and preheat Grill & Broil to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In large bowl, mix together all burger ingredients. Form into 4 patties and place on plate. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix together all slaw ingredients. In separate small bowl, mix together all mayo ingredients. Cover both and place in refrigerator to chill.
  4. Place chilled burger patties on preheated grill and grill for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Layer mayo, burger and slaw on 4 burger buns.
