Purchasing Officer/Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Purchasing Officer/Coordinator shall be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing out of suppliers (non trade items, office supplies and equipment, restaurant supplies and equipment/appliances)
- Negotiating with suppliers to get the best price for the intended orders
- Create a buffer for every non-trade item to be used as basis for re-ordering
- Prepares canvass sheets and purchase orders
- Ensures timely delivery of goods
- Updates requisitioner regarding the status of requested items
- Maintains an accurate inventory of all fixed assets, non-trade items, office equipment and consumables
- Conducts monthly inventory of supplies to ensure that actual stocks tally with the system inventory, and to determine quantity of critical supplies
- Handles administrative functions such as sourcing out of contractor/s to handle office construction, signage maintenance, pest control, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be well versed in purchasing work flow particularly for NON TRADE ITEMS,
- from sourcing of suppliers, negotiating, creating of purchase order, delivery of goods, setting of buffers, inventory control, and re-ordering.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): supply forecasting, inventory management, negotiating with suppliers.
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Purchasing or Inventory Control.

- WILLING TO WORK IN PARAÑAQUE CITY, NEAR NAIA TERMINAL 1
