I.        How to Join –
 
a.  Registration is from June 25 – July 15, 2009
b.  Each school will be represented by a maximum of two teams.  One team will consist of two persons. 
     These contestants must be currently enrolled in a culinary or baking school. 
c.  Form must be faxed or emailed to Pastry Alliance Head Office.  Fax No. is 834-6635.
d.  An entry fee of P2,000 is required to join, this entry fee includes a Wilton Castle Kit.
e.  Entry Fee’s must be deposited to BDO Bank Account No. 660882973.  Checks must be addressed to
     Gourdo’s Inc.
f.   Kindly Fax Deposit slips to Gourdo’s Head Office. Fax No. is 853-6187
g.  Once deposit has been received, Gourdo’s will send to the school the Wilton Castle Kit which will be used
     in the competition.
h.  Contestants have from July 15 – August 5 to design and decorate cake for entry.
